Academic All Stars Summer Camp

We are excited to kick off the Academic All Stars Summer Camp! This program is tailored to provide a comprehensive educational experience that combines academic enrichment with fun and interactive activities. Our camp offers five unique programs: Et-A-Kids, STEAM Engines, Luminis Storytellers, CODE Masters, and Life Hackers. Each program is designed to enhance students’ skills in different areas, from etiquette and life skills to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). The camp aims to foster personal growth, social competence, and academic excellence in a supportive environment.

Welcoming Our New Directors

We are pleased to welcome our new directors to the Academia Momenti team:

Cody G. Morrison, J.D., our Executive Director, brings extensive leadership and legal expertise to guide our organization towards achieving its mission.
Renese Howell-Small, as our Program Director, offers a wealth of experience in child development and educational program management.
Kelsey M. Crawley, Esq., serving as General Counsel, provides valuable legal insights and ensures our compliance with all regulations.
Denita Morrison, MA, our Director of Special Education, enriches our team with her extensive background in special education.
Kennedy Hayes, our Marketing Director, brings her strategic marketing and communications expertise to enhance our outreach efforts.
Corina Moore, as our Director of Human Resources, will oversee all HR functions and ensure a positive work environment for our staff.

We are confident that their expertise and dedication will significantly contribute to the success of Academia Momenti and the positive impact we aim to have on our students and community.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Seazon Youth Sports Association athletic programming and related events and activities (collectively referred to as “SZN Sports”), the agreeing party acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

Participation in SZN Sports consists of involvement in group activities, which involvement includes possible exposure to, and illness resulting from, communicable diseases, infectious diseases and/or transmittable diseases including, but not limited to, influenza and COVID-19;

While following social distancing and similar rules, as well as exercising personal discipline, may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness, injury, disability, and death from such diseases (including, but not limited to, influenza and COVID-19) does exist;
By participating in SZN Sports, I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees (defined below) or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation or the participation of my minor child/ward, including as it relates to any diseases, including but not limited to, influenza and COVID-19;

I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary rules, terms and conditions for participation, including in regards to protection against communicable, infectious and/or transmittable diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of SZN Sports immediately; and,

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless SZN Sports, it officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct any and all activities of SZN Sports (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all illness, injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Photo Release *

For good and valuable consideration, I hereby grant SZN Sports permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of SZN Sports printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of SZN Sports and will not be returned. Images will not be resold or reused for any use other than SZN Sports. I acknowledge that since my participation with SZN Sports is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize SZN Sports to edit, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing SZN Sports programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge SZN Sports from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
